Job Description What is the opportunity? The Lead Digital Product Owner will be responsible for strategically planning and managing successful implementation of solutions across different LOBs and Channels. The role also focusses on strategic think to map out the future state of authentication across all RBC channels and communicate that vision to senior and executive leadership. What will you do? Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity in a time efficient manner Be an advocate for secure Authentication across the Enterprise and front-line advisors Develop and execute product road maps based on product enhancements, stakeholder asks, and business needs Collaborate and contribute on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and manage the effective implementation of assigned deliverables Establish strong working relationships across business units and channels to build influence and impact with key business partners Contribute to ongoing administrative program activities as required What do you need to succeed? Must have: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner Experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities. Strong organizational, product strategy, and time management capabilities A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry Results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously Nice-to-have: Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly traded corporation Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses What’s in it for you?
