The Opportunity: Are you ready to market to some of the world's best marketers?
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing & Demand Gen Manager to own the full marketing funnel - from brand communication and website through lead generation, nurture, and revenue attribution. This role is key to reigniting a steady flow of qualified leads across mid-market and enterprise.
You’ll manage a Brand Marketing Manager, Senior Graphic Designer, external demand-gen agency, and potential PR/communications partners, reporting directly to the CEO & Founder Jenny Wolfram (based in LA).
You’ll roll up your sleeves to execute across channels while managing a small internal team and external agencies. This is a builder role - not just managing agencies or delegating strategy, but actively testing, crafting campaigns and messaging that move the needle.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership: Build a 12-month marketing plan that aligns with ARR goals; evangelize data-driven, test-and-learn culture. Translate our GTM vision into industry-vertical marketing plans, owning ICP definition and alignment across marketing and sales efforts.
Campaign Execution & Ops: Own end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns (paid social, SEM, email, webinars, ABM) — write briefs, QA creatives, launch ads, set up landing pages, report on performance.
Brand & Messaging: Sharpen our positioning vs. key competitors; ensure consistent storytelling across web, social, PR, and sales collateral.
Content & Communications: Work with Brand Marketing Manager on editorial calendar (blogs, case studies,, thought-leadership); manage PR firm / freelancer / internal efforts to land Tier-1 coverage.
Digital & Web: Own site experience, CRO, SEO, and marketing tech stack.
Team & Agency Management: Coach and develop in-house talent; set clear SLAs and goals for agencies; manage budget.
Field Marketing & Events: Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, partner activations, and field campaigns that support pipeline goals across enterprise and mid-market segments.
5+ years progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience; 3+ on demand-gen or growth teams.
