Description Controller (Finance and Accounting)

Salary: $75,000-$105,000/year

About the Role We're looking for an experienced Controller to lead accounting, finance, and compliance functions in a growing distribution/manufacturing environment. This role offers both strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities - Lead accounting strategy, reporting, and compliance (CAD + USD)
- Manage payroll, inter-company transactions, and financial operations
- Oversee and develop accounting team members
- Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting and tax laws
- Partner with leadership to support growth and performance
What You Bring
- CPA (or equivalent) with 7-10 years in accounting/finance
- Strong knowledge of CAD + USD reporting
- Proficiency in Sage 300, ADP, and advanced Excel
- Leadership experience in distribution/logistics or manufacturing preferred
