Your Role Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment.
Perform welding repairs and fabrication on various equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders.
Customize machines and parts based on customer requests.
Assist with failure analysis and support repair planning.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and communication.
What You Bring - Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification (Red Seal is an asset).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working on heavy equipment in a shop or field setting.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in active shop environments.
- Valid Class 5/G driver’s license
Pre-Employment Requirements Candidates may be required to complete:
