Technical Service Analyst Company: Boeing Canada Operations Ltd Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. is seeking a Technical Service Analyst to support the Canadian Chinook Medium-to-Heavy Lift Helicopter Program (MHLH) reporting to the MHLH Technical Integration Manager working out of the Ottawa, Ontario office. The Technical Service Analyst will coordinate all customer technical support requests for MHLH fleet of aircraft. Position Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact to manage/track all CH147 Chinook Helicopter technical requests concerning engineering support, non-standard repairs, scheduled maintenance and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products/services in support of CH147 Chinook fleet sustainment. Apply program level technical knowledge of engineering planning, supportability, scheduled maintenance to coordinate technical requests in support of CH147 Chinook fleet sustainment. Identify and develop performance metrics and compare actual results to baseline plan to assess performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned. Review and staff engineering and supportability documents such as aircraft modifications, special inspections, engineering change proposal and dispositions. Utilize technical writing skills to develop and maintain engineering and airworthiness documentation and processes that support the MHLH program. Perform project management / data management activities to maintain technical workflow for Engineering/ILS teams. Possess strong leadership, team building and communication skills and adept at maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders/cross functional teams. Be able to perform assigned work with minimal direction and supervision. Actively participate in determining objectives of assignment; project plans, schedules, and independently arrange activities to accomplish those objectives. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 4+ years of experience in Aviation and/or Project Management Must be able to legally work in Canada Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Rotary Wing experience Knowledge of the Royal Canadian Air Force Technical Airworthiness Policy Post-Secondary education Metrics Development Experience Active Secret II Clearance Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
