Inspire and teach a culture of inclusion and belonging through employee engagement activities, coaching leaders on how to build an environment that aligns with our values. Support full cycle recruitment and talent planning for responsible locations. Lead all HR efforts relating to talent, succession planning, and leadership development. Advise and educate total rewards and well-being resources. Conduct and lead workplace investigations, with consistent travel to areas such as Durham, GTA, Golden Horseshoe and Northern Ontario. Coach and counsel leaders on performance management, progressive discipline, and termination decisions. Act as a change agent by providing leadership guidance relating to change initiatives. What we need: 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources. Exceptional interpersonal, relationship building, and influencing skills. Knowledge of Canadian labour laws. Business acumen and HR analytics. Experience with Workday & Microsoft Office. Ability to travel regularly to Durham, GTA, Golden Horseshoe, Northern Ontario. Valid driver’s license.
