Job Description What is the opportunity? Working within Productivity Performance Management group you will be a strategic contributor to the modernization of finance analytics ecosystem. You will design and deliver data solutions using tools such as Python, SQL and Tableau to enable others to use data more efficiently and effectively. You will involved in ETL process development, automation and data integration for self-serve solutions. What will you do? Leverage various data sources to produce data visualization that highlight actionable insights Interpret data using careful business-grounded logic and analytics techniques to discover insights and trends. Work through ad hoc requests at peak times based on monthly and quarterly reporting needs Provide strong financial governance, including assisting with monthly reporting cycle and related account reconciliations and standards of documentation Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows using SQL & Python Explore and prototype solutions using the available tech stack to enhance productivity and insight generation What do you need to succeed? Must-have Python & Tableau (Desktop and Server) Teradata and/or similar experience Understanding of data warehousing and ETL process Strong Microsoft Excel quantitative, financial and analytical skills Good MS Office skills – Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Strong organizational, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential Ability to learn data analytics and data visualization tools Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment Nice-to-have Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft PowerBI and / or Alteryx RBC data infrastructure knowledge Strong presentation skills, ability to effectively convey messaging Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to key takeaways and themes for senior management What’s in it for you?
