Partner Staffing on behalf of our Client, is seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale residential high-rise construction projects in the Calgary region.
The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of field leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality buildings on time and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, site safety, and subcontractor coordination.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has successfully delivered complex concrete towers from shoring to occupancy and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead all field operations for high-rise residential construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
Manage daily site activities, including oversight of subcontractors, trades, safety officers, and site staff.
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules in coordination with the project management team.
Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Enforce site safety programs and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Review and coordinate construction documents including drawings, site instructions, and specifications.
Work closely with consultants, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams to proactively resolve design and field issues.
Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and other site personnel, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of progressive construction experience with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent capacity.
Proven experience overseeing high-rise concrete residential projects from groundworks to completion.
Strong technical understanding of structural, envelope, and MEP systems in vertical construction.
Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage site logistics, subcontractor performance, and schedule integrity.
Deep understanding of construction safety practices and OH&S regulations.
Strong communication and organizational skills; able to lead meetings and maintain accurate site documentation.
Familiarity with project management and scheduling software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar.
