Join our eBusiness Support team as an eBusiness Help Desk Analyst during the busy annual return season. In this temporary role, you will provide front-line support to external users of WCB systems in a help desk environment. Providing telephone support, troubleshooting, and marketing of eBusiness systems are key components of this position. What will you gain? Provide end-user support of eBusiness systems (web and IVR systems). The support required ranges from basic navigation and help for users new to eBusiness services, to technical support for online users experiencing system issues. Use knowledgebase to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Administer security – userID, password and access management. Educate and promote features and benefits of online services. Document and track customer support inquiries. In support of WCB’s focus on delivering excellent customer service, respond to general business questions regarding a customer's WCB account. Qualifications: A student currently enrolled in a business or information technology program. Experience in a help desk environment is an asset. Strong ability to interpret problems and issues from novice and experienced users of eBusiness applications. Proven ability to work effectively with computer technology and to learn new technology quickly. A positive “can-do” attitude and customer focus approach. Excellent customer service skills including outstanding listening and communication (verbal and written) skills. Ability to respond with clarity and professionalism. Equivalencies may be considered.
