As a CSR, you’ll be part of this purpose-driven initiative, supporting guests, delivering information, and fostering informed play. Your work will directly contribute to problem gambling prevention and community well-being. What you'll do: As a CSR, you will play a key role in promoting responsible gambling and creating a safe, informed gaming environment. Your responsibilities include: Educating and supporting casino guests on responsible gambling practices, safe play, and healthy gaming habits. Assessing visitor needs and recommending appropriate support or intervention strategies. Assessing visitor needs and recommending appropriate guidance or intervention strategies. Providing support to individuals enrolling in the voluntary self-exclusion program. Delivering responsible gambling training to casino staff as needed. Collaborating with casino personnel and other professionals to assist guests exhibiting signs of problem gambling. Researching, maintaining, and sharing up-to-date provincial and community resources. Developing and managing a resource library of gambling-related materials to support RGIC operations. What you bring: Success in this role comes from empathy, clear communication, and flexibility. We’re looking for someone who can confidently engage with the public, support vulnerable guests, and adapt to a dynamic schedule. Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent hands-on experience in a client-facing environment Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). Flexible to work scheduled shifts based on operational needs.
