Partner Staffing, on behalf of our Client, is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of high-rise residential construction projects. This role offers full responsibility for managing project scope, budget, timeline, quality control, and on-site teams. Working under the guidance of a Project Director, you’ll be given the authority and resources needed to meet project goals from pre-construction through final turnover.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with pre-construction teams to develop, review, and finalize comprehensive project budgets.
Support the contract negotiation process by participating in meetings and managing communications with owners, consultants, and architectural teams during early project phases.
Draft and issue Letters of Intent to trade partners on construction management projects, following internal approval procedures.
Coordinate with internal contracts personnel to ensure proper document templates and schedules are used throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the daily execution of the construction process, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and contract documentation.
Manage project documentation, including drawings, shop drawings, change orders, RFIs, test reports, site instructions, and consultant feedback, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution.
Qualifications & Experience
A diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in construction, ideally with a focus on high-rise residential developments.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of building systems, construction best practices, and applicable codes.
Experience using construction management platforms such as Procore, SharePoint, or similar tools.
Proven ability to manage complex documentation and maintain precision in project tracking.
