What You'll Do
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate office hires—from job descriptions to onboarding.
Maintain and improve HR policies and procedures to keep our workplace running smoothly.
Support employee relations, benefits, and leaves, including short- and long-term disability, WCB claims, and other HR processes.
Plan and deliver HR projects, including training, talent development, attraction, and retention programs.
Partner with the leadership team on performance management and compensation processes.
Provide guidance on performance, talent, and people strategies to keep our team engaged and thriving.
What You Bring
5+ years of HR experience (full-cycle)
HR Manager or Director experience
Experience in large food service or franchise brands is a bonus
HR diploma or degree; CHRP/CHRL a plus
