About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Coordinator to join our RMA department. The ideal candidate will manage the receipt, inspection, and organization of returned products, ensuring efficient and accurate processing. This role requires strong project management skills, warehouse operations knowledge, basic electronics testing abilities, and coordination with both internal and remote teams. The Receiving Coordinator will ensure smooth workflow, accurate inventory management, and help uphold customer satisfaction by ensuring all outgoing products are accurate and in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inventory Management:
Execute the receiving of returned products in the RMA department, ensuring accurate logging and tracking.
Organize and maintain RMA warehouse space for optimal efficiency and safety.
Utilize equipment (pallet jacks, pallet stacker, etc.) to move skids or access products safely.
Perform daily picking, validating, and preparing items for outgoing shipments.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
Capture pictures and additional information where required for product or shipments
Coordination & Project Support:
Work closely with team members, testers, remote staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with testers to ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of workflow and provide regular updates to management.
Perform basic testing/troubleshooting of devices to support technicians
Process Adherence & Improvement:
Follow and enforce established RMA and warehouse procedures.
Develop and refine processes to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy.
Train team members on best practices
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Receiving/Warehouse Coordinator, RMA Coordinator, Project Coordinator or similar role.
High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
Strong organizational, project management, and team coordination skills.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, including physical handling of inventory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to follow processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in warehousing or inventory environments
Knowledge of quality control and assurance practices.
