Join our Lease Maturity team at SCI Lease Corp., where we are actively engaged in leasing Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and Maserati vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, becoming a key team member in developing and executing a lease maturity strategy. You will play an essential role in enhancing the lessee and dealer experience, maximizing residual values, and contributing to the design and maintenance of critical business systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with Customers and Dealers to deliver an optimal lease maturity experience, focusing on retaining loyal customers and supporting returning lessees.
Manage phone queues, email and call campaigns to address lease maturity inquiries, inspection requests, and customer intent concerns
Review lease returns to ensure all payments have been collected and that wear and tear parameters are properly disclosed, including any required adjustments
Assist and support in the distribution and initial follow-up of Lease Maturity Statements related to excessive kilometers or excess wear and tear
Assist in the collections of Lease Maturity Statements
Support the collection of required documents and resolution of deficiencies for processing direct lessee buyouts.
Address all lease maturity customer inquiries
Assist with lease extension requests
Support Q&A in reviewing and issuing lease maturity statements
Assist and support Quality Assurance team with lease maturity statement adjustment requests
Assist and support Remarketing team with inventory management and or dealer follow up
Other duties as may be assigned

EXPERIENCE
1-3 years in an administrative/customer service role
Previous leasing or automotive experience is considered an asset
Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient written and verbal skills in English and French
