Our setting demands that the right candidate will be experienced in first aid, loss prevention, fire safety, and guest service. As a senior leader in the department the successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator and motivator to assist the Director in the development and direction of a team of Security Services Agents. Job Duties Include:The development, implementation and adherence to departmental standardsTraining and delivery of security programsRespond to emergencies including fire and medicalsDirect supervision of shift employeesAttend department head meeting in Director’s absenceAssist with completion of Colleague evaluationsAssist in budgeting, forecasting and long range planningQualifications2 years supervisory experience preferredPrevious fire training or equivalent experienceMinimum of Standard First Aid and CPR Level C required.
