What it’s like to be a Northbridge an Associate Claims Adjuster? You will be part of a dynamic team that values attention to detail and prioritizes the client experience above all. You will manage claims files involving passenger vehicles and/or light or heavy commercial vehicles. At Northbridge, our claims experts do not handle initial claim intake calls. We want your talent! If you are great at: Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to handle a variety of situations Manage occasionally stressful calls and communicate decisions clearly Efficiently handle a busy daily work schedule Deliver an exceptional client experience And you have: AEC or DEC in Commercial Insurance (diploma obtained within the past year) Less than 1 year of experience in claims handling in commercial insurance (successful completion or ongoing preparation for AMF exams is a strong asset) Strong technical skills in using the Microsoft Office suite We really mean it when we say we put you first.
