We are looking for a Paralegal on a 12 month term with experience in commercial real estate and/or corporate law. The potential candidate should have a keen interest in drafting, tracking and completion of legal documents pertaining to commercial real estate and corporate law required in the normal course of business for Harvard’s Canadian real estate enterprise and its diversified businesses.
This position will report to the Director, Legal Services in Harvard’s head office in Regina, but the successful candidate may be located in one of our offices in Regina or Calgary.
What you will bring to the job:
A minimum of five years of paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and corporate law
Strong organization skills and detail oriented
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and instruction
Strong legal comprehension and writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality legal documents
The ability to thrive on communicating with stakeholders
College or technical training in a legal focused curriculum
Experience with corporate records software is an asset
