About the Role
As a Software Support Developer, you will:
Triage and respond to day-to-day IT requests, queries, and manage corporate networks;
Manage and maintain existing VUE and React Native applications;
Design, develop, implement, and provide support for all new and existing web and mobile systems and enhancements;
Identify and communicate technical issues and solutions to the appropriate and affected teams;
Expand and create low-code applications with Zoho Creator;
Create intuitive dashboards using SQL and Zoho Analytics
Develop new software projects, focusing on scalable and maintainable code;
Regularly monitor and maintain the company website.
About You
Experience with Express, Vue, Node, Gatsby, React Native, Git Actions, SQL, DigitalOcean, with the ability to adapt new technology and software requirements;
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Experience with responsive design;
Ability to document issues and suggest solutions;
Exceptional problem solving skills, and the ability to work on and manage multiple projects;
Experience working with REST APIs to connect to backend services;
Ability to work closely with a wide variety of people in technical and non-technical roles across the organization;
Valid G or G2 license in good standing;
Initiative and enthusiasm.
