Our client, a well-established law firm located on the South Shore of Montreal and specializing in real estate law, is currently looking for a Paralegal in Real Estate Litigation.

YOUR ROLE:
As a Real Estate Litigation Paralegal, you will be at the center of legal operations, supporting attorneys in the handling of real estate litigation matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
Drafting and preparing litigation-related legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and standard court forms;
Conducting legal research in case law databases, statutes, and legal doctrine, and preparing comprehensive legal memoranda;
Assisting attorneys during examinations for discovery and other procedural steps;
Reviewing legal documents for compliance with legal standards and grammatical accuracy;
Collaborating closely with the legal team to prepare client files, including correspondence, supporting documentation, and exhibits.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
DCS in Paralegal Technology or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
Possesses a strong knowledge of French and English (both spoken and written);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
Keen attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive attitude;
A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills.
