Responsibilities
Deliver therapeutic exercises, treatments, and modalities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Monitor patient progress, document care, and provide feedback to the supervising PT.
Instruct and motivate patients in exercises, functional activities, and home programs.
Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive treatment environment.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care goals and outcomes.
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current California state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.
Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
