Role Overview:
As part of our dedicated pop-up store team, you will deliver excellent customer service, achieve strong sales results, and create engaging customer experiences during the holiday season. This is a temporary, seasonal opportunity at our Pop-Up Shop, perfect for those who love retail, beauty, and festive energy.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Support the Store Management team in driving sales and profit through excellent customer service
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Engage with customers and make product recommendations based on their specific needs
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, current promotions, and store policies

- Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs
- Frequent reaching, bending, crouching as required
