What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the aggregates market Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to leadership What Are We Looking For Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships in a competitive market Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Understanding of construction materials and industry dynamics is an asset Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement Work Environment This role involves a mix of fieldwork, customer site visits, and office-based tasks.
