Ameresco Canada is looking to fill the role of Project Coordinator – Document Control to manage and organize project and company documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized personnel. Duties & Responsibilities Create and maintain efficient document control systems, including classification, filing, indexing, and archiving processes. Monitor the flow of documents, process incoming documents, and track changes and revisions. Maintain quality control standards in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of documents and ensure they are stored in the correct locations. Work with different departments, teams, and external stakeholders to gather and organize information. Generate reports on document management services and participate in document control audits. Assist with project close-out requirements. Manage electronic documents on corporate server and ftp site. Perform other duties as required by supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Post Secondary Education in engineering, technology, and/or related fields. Experience in planning, scheduling, project coordination and/or document coordination for construction projects. Additional Qualifications: Strong abilities to manage, organize, and maintain large volumes of documents. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Skilled with MS Excel.
