As a Territory Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business development by selling staffing solutions to industrial, manufacturing, and distribution companies across the GTA, including Mississauga and Brampton. You will primarily be selling to C-Suite Executives and Human Resource Departments. This is a new business development sales role with minimal warm leads supplied. The base salary is $80,000 - $90,000, plus uncapped commissions.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
Branch office located in Mississauga, On
Territory includes Mississauga and Brampton
Full-time in office, Monday to Friday, with frequent field visits to client locations
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of B2B sales experience selling to similar customer bases (industrial, distribution, warehouse management, or machinery)
Experience selling to C-Suite Executives and HR decision-makers
Strong background in high-volume cold calling and new business development
Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of a territory
