We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales / Marketing Coordinator – Order Desk Fulfillment. This hybrid role blends customer-facing order management with CRM ownership, sales operations, and marketing enablement. You’ll be the central hub connecting customers, sales, operations, and logistics — ensuring every order runs smoothly, every customer feels supported, and the sales team has the tools and insights to grow.

What You'll Do as our Sales / Marketing Coordinator – Order Desk Fulfillment
Customer Order Management
Process customer orders and quotes via phone, email, or website
Verify product availability and prepare quotations for custom projects
Monitor order status, communicate delays, and ensure timely delivery
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams
Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions
Support forecasting by identifying customer needs and stock trends
Sales / Marketing & Customer Success
Own and manage the CRM system (HubSpot): data integrity, reporting, automation
Support sales with product info, samples, and customer specifications
Coordinate trade shows, Lunch & Learns, and product presentations
Partner with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Monitor and update website content for accuracy
Lead customer feedback loops and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
Experience in customer service, sales operations, or order management
Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Sage 300/Enterprise, NetStock, FreshDesk, Microsoft 365
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset
Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for solving problems
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency
Track record of solving cross-functional problems and improving efficiency
