Requirements:
We are searching for an experienced IT Specialist to help Renaissance drive and evolve our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily maintenance and updates/upgrades of a variety of company assets and the infrastructure supporting them. The candidate will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, so a friendly and approachable demeanor is required.
Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring hardware and software components
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Repairing or replacing hardware
Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility
Installing and upgrading security software and security systems to ensure network stability
Performing tests and evaluations on software and hardware
Offering information and support to users
Maintaining relationships with different employees and departments
Education & Experience
5-10 years experience in IT support role
Certificate(s) in relevant field are considered an asset
Additional Qualifications
Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles with a strong focus on customer service
Administering Azure Active Directory (AAD/Entra), including managing identities, groups, and roles, and understanding synchronization with on-premises Active Directory
Utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune for managing and securing devices and applications.
Proficiency in operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup and firewall management.
Strong troubleshooting skills in both software applications and computer hardware issues.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
