What you would do: Leading, developing, mentoring and managing a team of Sales Representatives Assisting Sales Representatives with contract negotiations and pricing strategies to grow territories Financial management of the territory, including factors such as cost, profitability and managing of the sales operating budget Implementing best practices that translate into improved customer service Providing employee development through ongoing training Offering flawless service to our customers Responsible for determining the territory potential for existing customers, competitor accounts and new business in the South Okanagan region Setting territory and individual goals for overall sales, product line sales and account profitability Participating in food shows, sales meetings and sales promotions Does this sound like you? Possess 5+ years of senior experience in food-related sales and customer service.
