What You Bring
Strong experience implementing HRIS modules, preferably in Ceridian Dayforce (Advanced Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and/or Analytics)
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills to partner with key stakeholders, identify system enhancements, and support cross-functional initiatives
Proven organizational and project management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver HRIS initiatives on time
Skilled at working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to customize and optimize HRIS modules, streamline workflows, and automate repetitive tasks
High attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy through audits, cleansing, and validation
Experience creating and maintaining user guides, training materials, and documentation
