Executive Aviation is excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Fuel Coordinator for our London Ontario FBO (YXU). This person will help in providing around the clock leadership and coverage to our team members. You will be the "go-to" person in addressing challenges our team members may face. You will be working closely with the location Manager. We are looking for a dynamic problem solver, progressive thinker, and someone who has the proven ability to create efficiencies in the operation.
This position will report to the location Manager.
This person may be required to have a flexible schedule and be available for any on-call jobs.

Roles and Responsibilities
Complete proper training and maintain competency on all required equipment
Complete proper training and maintain competency on World Fuel Services (WFS) policies
Complete all Quality (Audit) Checks; Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-Annually/Annually
Lead local base safety programs; including tail gate meetings, PPE and Fire Safety inspections, leadership: incident response, internal and external audit preparation, SMS Training
Attendance management– day of shift coverage (schedule, contact list, parameters), coaching and documentation of attendance – email
Operations Communication– day of point of contact for pilots, airport and EA Team Members
Provide winter operations oversight; including deice logs completion, glycol inventory training audits
Lead training support – Following WFS and EA’s local training requirements, ensuring Team Members are in good standing and provide any on-the-job training as needed
Ensuring all walk around checks and inspections of the facilities, trucks and tank farms are completed successfully
Regularly reviewing TDG sheets, FOF’s, SFA’s are completed and reconciling them with control checks and ensuring additional services and fuel tickets have been captured in our systems
Schedule and monitor aviation fuel, oil, and FSII
Provide continuous and exemplary customer service; either in person, over the phone, or through email
Perform Fuel Agent or Ground Handling duties as required
Coach and support Fuel Agent team
Assist leader in truck maintenance requirements and coordination with NFS, NEE, Northern etc.
Be able to adapt to a changing environment
Be able to work safely in all weather conditions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years tank farm experience and jet fuel experience
Valid DZ would be considered an asset
Hold a Valid airside pass (per airport requirements)
On-call availability for both fuel and ramp weekdays/nights and weekends
Full Time position
Minimum 1 year management experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
