We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst – FP&A (Consolidation) to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the consolidation of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in financial planning, reporting systems, and data analysis, and is capable of working cross-functionally with finance teams in various business units. The Financial Analyst, Consolidation will: Management Reporting Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packages. Prepare and distribute consolidated management reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards Review monthly financials and key performance metrics and investigate major discrepancies in revenues and expenses. Ensure accuracy and consistency of reported financial data across departments and entities. Collaborate with accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and reporting data. Perform other ad-hoc tasks Budgeting & Forecasting Support the annual budgeting process, including consolidation of budget submissions and preparing presentations for executive review. Assist with quarterly rolling forecasts by collecting input from business units and synthesizing into a consolidated outlook. Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in financial results To be successful as a Financial Analyst with People Corporation, you will need: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1- 2 years of experience in finance and accounting industry, or experience in data analytics. Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment All-star candidates will have: High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, power query, power BI Strong communication skills, ability to establish and build relationships with various stakeholders At People Corporation we are committed to helping businesses succeed.
