They will be working with internal stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives and services to support the prevention of Harassment and Violence, Discrimination, and Conflict Management. This role will also be involved in supporting our teams in non-medical workplace accommodations and conflicts of interest. Provides interpretation and advice to management and employees on a range of Harassment & Violence and Conflict Management related matters. Works collaboratively with stakeholders (employees, managers) to resolve Harassment and Violence, or Official Languages complaints in accordance with resolution processes. Conducts Harassment and Violence investigations. Conducts research in order to design, develop and implement training and awareness programs. Provides conflict coaching using internal or external services – to resolve individual and team conflicts through facilitation and or mediation. Supports the Manager, Harassment and Conflict Management in the development and preparation of annual, triennial reports and plans for various regulators and Federal Commissions. Identifies and monitors trends and legislative amendments in Legislated Programs and assesses the impact on NAV CANADA’s Legislated Programs; recommends changes and augmentation where appropriate. What you bring: Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Conflict Management, Coaching or Investigations is required. 5+ years experience in a similar role. Experience in coaching and advising employees and managers. Experience and knowledge of conducting Harassment and non-harassment investigations and report writing. Experience in the development and delivery of training courses. Sound and comprehensive knowledge of applicable Federal legislation. Strong knowledge of HR management policies and practices. Sound knowledge of conflict coaching & management. How others describe you: Ability to develop networks within the company to obtain and resolve issues in a timely manner. Strong presentation skills to deliver training sessions and briefings to employees and all levels of management. Solid grasp of trends and common practices to promote and support legislated programs. A service-oriented attitude, with a focus on professionalism and maintaining high standards. Working Conditions: This position is a hybrid position with a minimum – 3 days per week on site.
