Work Flexibility: Field-based What you will do: As a Sales Representative, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the selling of Stryker Breast Care products to physicians in accordance with budgeted objectives and to obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to pre-set standards. This role requires strong knowledge of breast imaging, radiology workflows, mammography procedures, and operating room protocols. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Breast Care Sales team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values. Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker Breast Care products including MOLLI and SPY technology Educate physicians, radiologists, mammography technologists, nurses, and operating room staff on the safe and effective use of Stryker technologies Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical evaluations in hospitals, breast imaging centers, operating rooms, and physician offices Provide technical expertise on breast care procedures including tumor localization, sentinel lymph node mapping, and imaging guidance Support product adoption by leveraging clinical knowledge of radiology, X-ray, and mammography practices Manage territory inventory, maintain compliance with safety standards, and adhere to all operating room protocols Collaborate with cross-functional Stryker teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term product success May assist in the training and development of sales personnel What you need Required: Associates Degree 3+ years of outside sales experience or clinical experience Preferred: University Degree in University Degree - B.B.A. or B.A in business with an emphasis in marketing or health related discipline, science, or kinesiology Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, or clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist, Mammography Technologist, or X-Ray Technician Additional Information: Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered Must have a valid driver’s license Travel Percentage: 60% Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
