You will
Process daily/weekly/monthly tasks including:
Looking after lease application charge setups (security deposit, base rent, other)
Depositing tenant cheques and entering them in the AR ledger
Entering adjustments and credits as documented by residential PM team
Entering EFT deposits from bank statements in the AR ledger
Preparing tenant chargebacks and reconciling against vendor invoices
Reconciling tenant account ledger
Processing unit transfers
Processing move-out accounting within 15 day requirement
Doing weekly bank runs for AP and AR teams
Prepare monthly rent rolls and recurring payment processing
Work with various property accountants and property managers/administrators for tenant related queries
Assist with audit requirements
Ad hoc projects as required
You have
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Basic Accounting knowledge
The ability to work in a team
The ability to efficiently handle high volume
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience using Yardi (preferred)
Property Management Accounts Receivable experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and Word

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
