This major infrastructure project includes seven new stations and installation of rail and systems under a progressive design-build model. Beyond its technical scope, the ECWE project represents a significant investment in sustainable urban mobility, expected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 5,800 tonnes annually and eliminate over 6.5 million vehicle trips each year when combined with the full Line 5. Job Description The ECWE SRS project is a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) project and represents a strategic initiative where collaborative project delivery is key to success, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced professional to help lead that effort. Key Responsibilities: Design and facilitate collaborative workshops, team alignment sessions, and partnering meetings throughout all project phases. Support the development and implementation of project-wide behavioural expectations, shared objectives, and key success metrics. Assist with the creation and upkeep of partnering plans, team charters, and continuous improvement strategies. Work closely with the Owner, design team, construction team, and other stakeholders to promote open communication, mutual respect, and shared accountability. Track relationship health and provide insight and coaching to leadership as needed to maintain high-functioning partnerships. Capture and share lessons learned to inform current and future collaborative initiatives. Other duties as related to the role Required Skills and Competencies A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in a related role. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Additional certifications in facilitation, project delivery, or organizational development are considered an asset. Experience in collaborative or alternative project delivery environment is a strong asset (e.g., Progressive Design-Build, IPD, Alliance, or PDP). Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to bring diverse teams together toward common goals. Experience designing or supporting behavioural training, partnering frameworks, or cultural development, within major infrastructure projects is preferred. Understanding of construction and engineering delivery models and team dynamics. Familiarity with ISO 44001 or other formal collaborative frameworks is a strong asset. A strong relationship-builder with the ability to manage sensitive issues and align multiple interests.
