As a Fairmont Gold Room Attendant with Accor Hotels, you will act as a brand ambassador in creating the essential Toronto experience for each one of our values guests in a luxury boutique setting.Consistently offer professional, polished, friendly and engaging serviceIntuitive service cultureClean and inspect all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies, evening refreshMaintaining a 95% average on monthly audits conducted by Gold Floor ManagerEnsure the needs of our most valued guests are anticipated and the high level of service is being maintained by the departmentSign in and out master keys daily which may include using the Key Tracer systemUtilize REX/HOTSOS according to standardMaintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with RYH policies and proceduresReturn and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping OfficeFollow departmental policies, procedures and service standardsReport necessary maintenance itemsFollow all safety and sanitation policies and proceduresAssist the Houseperson with maintaining the cleanliness of all areas on the gold floors including closets and corridorsOpenly communicate to all Fairmont Gold colleagues to enhance overall guest experienceEnsuring that no items are placed in the corridor at any timeResponsible for Evening Refresh service and ensuring all standards and expectations are metMay be responsible for placing guest preference items in rooms prior to arrival or upon request through direct conversation with guestOther duties as assigned by leadersAbout the Application Process: At Fairmont, we want to bring out your highest potential.
