We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team and play a key
role in attracting experienced and high-potential real estate agents to Wahi
Realty. The Recruiter will be responsible for generating leads, building strong
relationships, and guiding agents through the decision-making process to join
our brokerage.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, identify, and engage prospective real estate agents
through networking, social media, industry events, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls and presentations to communicate the Wahi value
proposition, including compensation model, technology, training, and culture.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: prospecting, relationship building,
follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity, pipeline status, and
results using CRM or applicant tracking tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand market needs and develop targeted
recruiting strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor brokerages, and evolving agent
expectations.
- Provide a professional, supportive, and consultative experience to all
candidates.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the competitive real estate industry is MANDATORY.
- Previous recruiting or business development experience in real estate.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote
environment.
- Tech-savvy, with comfort using CRM systems, social media platforms, and
virtual meeting tools.
- Active real estate license preferred but not required.
