The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for enhancing client relationships while growing market share. The role will be relied upon to coordinate new business proposals with prospective and existing clients. This position will focus primarily on growing National Accounts within our Solid Waste collection services in addition to instilling confidence in our customers that they are dealing with the industry leader. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Performance Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track KPIs such as customer level revenue, quote data from generation to close and customer volume reporting • Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in customer behavior, product performance, and sales effectiveness to uncover opportunities and risks. • Forecasting: Assist in preparing sales forecasts using historical data and predictive models to support planning and goal setting. • OMS Management: Utilize OMS. Ensuring data is accurate. To provide reporting, lead generation and sales updates to team • Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve sales workflows, including lead routing, and pipeline management. • Tool/System Implementation: Support the rollout of sales enablement tools. (such as the google transition) for the Sales Reps. • Feedback: Collect feedback from the sales team on pain points or opportunities for process improvement and feed that back to Management in a concise manner. • Pipeline: Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are accurately tracked and aging appropriately • Performance Dashboards: Assist with build and management dashboards to give leadership real-time visibility into sales metrics and activities. Other Duties Include: • Compile information from multiple sources for bids and tenders. • Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing the Company’s diverse service offerings. • Verify account details and ensure the accurate flow of information within the department. • Quickly adapts to new situations and approaches; open to change and readily adopts new methods on the face of shifting priorities. • Prepare and distribute various reports. • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects. • An independent problem solver with excellent organizational skills to work across functions. • Waste management industry experience an asset. • Passion for business excellence with exceptional follow through. • Exceptional communication both verbal and written. • Strong Proficiency in MS Office, along with high attention to detail.
