Job DescriptionLead a team of Personal Support Workers to provide efficient, qualified personal care to patients in home and facility settingsAssess patient needs, formulate care plans, and evaluate outcomes according to contractual agreementsManage staff performance, including conducting appraisals and implementing disciplinary actions as neededMonitor key indicators such as caseload volume, staff turnover, and patient satisfaction; address concerns and complaints promptlyPromote Spectrum Health Care through community engagement and participate in ongoing professional developmentQualificationsCurrent registration with the Colleges of Nurses of Ontario.
