IT operations? We’re looking for a QA and Application Support Analyst to join
our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our application
lifecycle—triaging user requests, managing testing processes, and championing
quality standards across the organization.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our applications run

As a QA and Application Support Analyst, you will

Lead and manage smoke and regression testing for applications
-
Triage, prioritize, and assign incoming help desk requests

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and plans
-
Establish and improve QA methodologies and tools for defect management
-
Analyze risks related to defects and security issues
-
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support levels
-
Communicate effectively with technical and business teams

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executives
-
Stay current with QA best practices and industry trends
The experience we like to see
-
Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT or related field
-
3+ years of software testing experience
-
3+ years in an IT-related customer service role
-
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices
-
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure DevOps and Business
Intelligence

UAT

BSc in Computer Science
-
5+ years in QA, with at least 3 years in testing and IT support

Experience with ERP & CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Strong report writing and documentation skills

Experience with Data Quality programs and/or a BI platform (PowerBI)
