As a Senior Buyer, Platforms & Commerce, you will have full oversight over the strategic direction of all search/social activity pertaining to your client portfolio. You will oversee all search/social media activity including Paid Search, Paid Social and other pertinent digital tactics. You will manage team members of digital marketers across all social/search disciplines. You will act as a mentor by growing young talent and instilling best practice behavior within your team. You will also collaborate closely with leadership to advance iProspect's strategic initiatives. You must be able to navigate through a large organization and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. You will develop strong relationships with all stakeholders, including your team, the client, and strategic media and technology partners. This role will also include the opportunity to work alongside our VP, Strategy to work on portfolio business development as well as contribution to our overall product offering. Responsibilities: The role requires a strong leader with established soft skills as well as working knowledge of more complex strategies across the entire digital media ecosystem. Hands on experience performance marketing is needed to excel in the role as well as out of the box strategical innovation. The ability to coach your immediate team to develop their negotiation, critical thinking and numerical skills is key. A minimum of 4 years of media planning and/or buying experience focused on digital channels – Search, Social, Display and Programmatic. Knowledge and hands-on experience with media planning and buying tools Strong to advanced level MS Office skills: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Must be able to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Aptitude for priority management where it concerns managing multiple deliverables/work streams. Ability to organize ideas and present back information logically and sequentially. Understanding of how Paid Search / SEM interacts with Display Media, Paid Social, and other traffic types Google Analytics and AdWords, Bing Ads Certifications and understanding of Display, Mobile, Video and Shopping advertising is beneficial Additional information The salary range for this position is $60k-$65k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
