DAY IN THE LIFE:
Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding
Develop and deliver job-specific training for field personnel at all levels
Operate rig training equipment (drilling experience preferred)
Collaborate with other trainers to update and improve course content
Partner with 3rd-party training providers to ensure high-quality course offerings
Special projects as assigned
Support field and shop locations across Canada, with travel up to 20%
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Working knowledge of drilling equipment (Alpha A&N knowledge an asset)
High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education is an asset
Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint
Strong motivation to expand and develop training skills
