What You Will Do: As Insurance Manager at Onni, you will oversee Onni Group's commercial insurance program, managing property and liability coverage for its real estate portfolio and construction operations in Canada and the U.S. This role ensures comprehensive, compliant coverage aligned with business needs, while supporting real estate and construction operations with accurate documentation and insurance coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead insurance strategy across property, liability, builder’s risk, and environmental lines. Manage renewals, pricing, compliance, and claims from reporting to resolution. Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and adjusters to reduce losses and implement risk mitigation. Ensure coverage aligns with acquisitions, development, and capital projects across regions Qualifications Degree in Risk Management, Business, or Finance. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experienced in insurance tracking and claims management.
