Your Role
As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the operation of our Beach Clubs, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. You will lead, inspire and develop your team, creating a vibrant and professional environment that embodies the Lifestyle Group philosophy.
What You’ll Do
Oversee all operational aspects of the Beach Club, from pre-opening setup to daily management.
Ensure excellence in service, guest satisfaction and atmosphere.
Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing, multicultural team.
Collaborate with F&B, events and marketing teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
Manage budgets, P&L and operational KPIs to achieve business objectives.
Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a General Manager in luxury hospitality, beach clubs, resorts or lifestyle venues.
Strong leadership, organizational and financial management skills.
Passion for delivering premium guest experiences.
Charismatic, approachable and solution-oriented personality.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
