Responsibilities
Provides repair & related services including rentals for MSA SCBA, instrumentation, fall protection and related safety products.
Processes service order transactions and provides quotes, communication and documentation as required.
Manages local inventory, rental and demo equipment.
Provides MSA product support & training to customers & channel partners.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
2 year Degree in electronics or related technical field or equivalent;
Military training or 2 or more years of experience servicing gas detection instrumentation, SCBA or fall protection products.
This role is posted at multiple levels:
Level I: Less than 2 years of experience in a repair service or training capacity
Level II: 2-3 years of experience in a repair service or training capacity
Level III: 5 years of experience in a repair service or training capacity
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 35-40 lbs. unassisted, coupled with good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working with tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures and regulations.
Customer-focused mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
