About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consultant, Client Data Management (CDM). In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure accurate client records and smooth flow of information across systems. This role focuses on data entry, document processing, and coordination with internal teams to support compliance and client satisfaction. What You’ll Do · Prepare, process, and track client documentation, couriers, and mailings · Assist with billing files, returned mail, and refund checks · Maintain orderly filing and data records in line with policies · Prepare billing file monthly for plate cancellations, courier billing, and Cardlock Cards · Receive hard plates and files for plate cancellation, processing per Provincial Ministries guidelines · Input and maintain accurate information in internal systems · Upload and organize client documents (registrations, IDs, cards, etc.) · Support issuance and tracking of service and maintenance cards · Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems · Provide support to colleagues and contribute to department objectives · Work Tolls & Violations Service Cloud Cases/emails in response to driver questions · This position is 5 days onsite Basic Qualifications · 1 – 2 years experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role preferred · Basic knowledge of data entry and office procedure · Comfortable learning new systems (Salesforce/Service Cloud training provided) · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel basics, Word formatting) · Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications · Education: College/University degree preferred Location: Mississauga, Ontario. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Downtown Toronto in September 2026. The hiring base salary range for this position is $38,800 to $53,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
