This is a 100% remote, full-time (~40 hours/week) position open to candidates in the Eastern time zone. No sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.
What you will do:
Work as part of our customer success team to deliver data integrations into our product
Lead the data integration parts of the solution, with many customers/technologies
Work closely with R&D on new integrations and improvements of existing integrations
Support and assist the product support team on integration-related issues
Qualifications:
2–4 years supporting ERP/CRM or financial integrations, or in B2B SaaS/iPaaS support/solutions
Track record resolving complex sync/config issues in ERPs like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, QuickBooks (Online/Desktop), or Xero
1–3+ years of middleware experience with tools like Workato, TIBCO Scribe, MuleSoft or similar platforms
Ability to turn customer insights into product improvements. Spot patterns, advocate fixes, and drive change
Strong decision-making skills under uncertainty, with a knack for looking outside the box for solutions
Clear, confident communicator. Easily able to explain technical behavior to any audience
Experience using support tools (Zendesk, Postman, JIRA, Salesforce, etc.) and collaborating with Product, Sales, and Engineering
Basic knowledge of APIs, file formats (CSV, JSON), and accounting integrations
Curious, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
Willing to lead customer calls and influence cross-functional action
Exposure to SFTP, SQL, and interpreting JSON/API payloads

Workato Expertise/Certifications
Hands-on Zendesk experience (macros, triggers, custom objects)
Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) for handling large data sets
Familiarity with ODBC SQL servers, query writing, or DB user setup
Background in FinTech, accounting, or HR software
Experience delivering technical training or enablement
What we offer:
Target salary range of 100-125k. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, value add, and location, and may vary from the amount above.
