As a member of the Products & Analytics team, the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting
(NSPB) Consultant will drive successful NSPB implementations for our diverse
customer base. This role involves close collaboration with ERP Consultants and
Project Managers to deliver cutting-edge Planning and Budgeting capabilities to
our NetSuite customers. Additionally, you will provide vital expertise on the
NSPB platform, supporting our sales team in securing new opportunities. A
critical aspect of this position is the continuous development and enhancement
of the NSPB delivery methodology, ensuring best-in-class service and efficiency.
The NSPB consultant will also have the opportunity to work alongside our BI
Analysts in BI4NetSuite [https://gurussolutions.com/analytics/bi-netsuite] and
NSAW implementations to develop tailored BI and financial reporting solutions
for our customers.
What do we value from our NSPB Consultant?
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting
- 2-5 years of experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) or
similar Oracle EPM platform a must
- Experience with other Financial Planning and Budgeting (FP&A) platforms an
asset
- A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a
relevant discipline in Business Administration (accounting or finance)
- Have experience in all phases of a project: analysis, design, deployment,
configuration, system administration, conversion, installation, training,
support
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker
Studio) an asset
- Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) an asset
- Experience with other NetSuite EPM platforms (NetSuite Account
Reconciliation, NetSuite Close Management and Consolidation, etc) an Asset
- Good communication skills to provide training, execute technical setups and
support technical concepts to end users and conduct meetings with
stakeholders

- Analyze business procedures and determine the appropriate modifications to be
applied to the software
- Assist in the development of specifications, configure the system, oversee
and deploy environment modifications
- Host meetings directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze situation
and provide solutions
- Work in conjunction with other consultants and project managers to coordinate
efforts and meet deadlines, as well as providing a status of the work in
progress and providing input to help adjust the planning
- Provide training to end users during the implementation phase
- Ability to lead a NSPB implementation from start to finish
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of GURUS' NSPB

questions to prospects about the platform
- Provide estimates of effort for NSPB implementations and configurations for
our customers
- Contribute to GURUS thought leadership by helping our marketing team with
