As an Onsite Solutions Specialist with a technical background in vibration analysis (ISO CAT 1 minimum), you drive increased revenue through technical expertise in industrial consumable and core product sales combined with equipment and software solutions. You maintain and grow customer relationships by delivering value-added, technically sound solutions that address specific customer needs, leveraging your vibration analysis and solution selling skills to ensure sales growth. JOB DUTIES Utilize technical expertise in vibration analysis (ISO CAT 1 minimum) to assess customer requirements and recommend tailored equipment and software solutions. Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and software providers to deliver specialized, solution-driven offerings. Work closely with suppliers to select, verify, and validate equipment and software that meet customer vibration and reliability needs. Achieve year-over-year revenue growth by expanding solution placements with both existing and prospective customers through technical consultations and presentations. Conduct solution selling with a focus on vibration and condition monitoring products, articulating technical benefits to customers. Develop detailed solution proposals and support the sales process through technical guidance and product knowledge. Assist with contract execution and ensure technical compliance with customer requirements. Provide financial and return-on-service (ROS) analysis based on solution recommendations to support branch and division investment decisions. Establish financial recommendations and ensure profitability aligned with Genuine Parts Company (Mi) financial guidelines. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of vibration products, industrial consumables, and software solutions supported by the Onsite Solutions team. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Engineering degree preferred. Technical certification in vibration analysis ISO CAT 1 (minimum) strongly preferred. Experience in solution selling of industrial and vibration-related equipment and software. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Strong technical knowledge of vibration analysis and condition monitoring equipment (ISO CAT 1 minimum). Solid understanding of supply chain systems and industrial distribution. Moderate computer skills, including email communication, spreadsheet creation/modification, business system utilization, and internet product research. Proven reliability, organization, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability in solution selling combining technical knowledge and customer relations.
