Faber is a construction technology company that uses an app-based platform to
directly connect job seekers to employers. We are passionate about providing a
more transparent, reliable, and accountable way for both employers and employees
to connect with each other, and are driven by the goal of creating a more
connected workforce.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will have the opportunity
to lead online marketing and social media campaigns to enhance Faber's online
presence. You will create and post digital marketing content, be responsible for
Google Ads campaign spending, and manage our social medias. You will be relied
on to create engaging content the resonates with our audience and boosts brand
awareness.
Responsibilities
• Manage Google Ad campaigns, create bidding strategies, and implement SEO
strategies to boost brand content
• Plan and run social media marketing campaigns with intention of creating brand
awareness and driving traffic to our app
• Manage Faber's LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social media accounts
• Create and maintain a content calendar for social media posts, tailoring
content for each platform's audience
• Engage with social media audiences through direct messages, comments, and
posts
• Produce visual content, including photos, videos, and graphic designs to be
used on Faber's social media
• Analyze social media trends relevant to the local construction industry and
produce content that aligns with trends
• Implement SEO best practices to our online presence to improve search rankings
Skills and Requirements
• Experience in digital marketing and social media account management with a
growing company
• Experience using Google Ads/AdWords, creating bidding strategies, and creating
SEO keywords
• Understanding of Vancouver's construction industry
• Proficiency on digital marketing content creation tools (ie. Canva)
• Strong understanding of top social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,
TikTok)
• Experience leading social media campaigns and generating high amounts of views
and engagement
• Ability to collaborate and flexibility in approach to working with a team
• Proficiency in photography and videography (bonus points for owning your own
equipment)
• Desire to continue developing as a digital marketing specialist
