POSITION SUMMARY This is a hands-on role focused on foundational project execution. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of localization services from AI translation to marketing transcreation to local voiceover to in-market content origination while developing core project management skills and financial acumen. They will collaborate with colleagues in sales, creative production, and operations, gaining insight into the dynamic inner workings of a creative agency. JOB QUALIFICATIONS • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Linguistics, a foreign language, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business) o A combination of education and work experience may be considered • Minimum 1 year of project coordination experience in one or more of the following preferred: o A communications agency o Marketing services department of an advertiser o Production facility or advertising supplier o Translation or transcreation agency • Communication o Excellent written and spoken English o Advanced proficiency in another language is strongly preferred o Strong semantic analysis skills and passion for languages o Clear, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable in multilingual and multicultural working environments • Project Coordination o Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills o Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and creative environment o Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to pre-empt issues o Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and account needs o Collaborative team player who can also work independently o Able to build productive relationships across internal and client teams • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Competence in Powerpoint, Figma, InDesign, AirTable, and a TMS is preferred. JOB DUTIES ( denotes an “essential function”) • Prepare and ingest files into translation management systems (primarily Wordbee and similar platforms) • Brief linguists for translation, transcreation, and proofreading assignments • Track project progress, flag risks, and support on-time, on-budget delivery • Perform quality control checks on final deliverables before release • Maintain project trackers, budget logs, and internal documentation • Collaborate with PMs and SPMs to support execution across multiple accounts • Communicate with linguists, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows • *Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements • With experience, independently manage low-complexity projects. • With experience, contribute to internal process documentation and improvements. • With experience, begin client-facing communication for select accounts. • With experience, support client relationship management updates and reporting under supervision. • Shadow PMs on complex projects to build skills.
